Overview

**[68Ga]Ga-NOTA-3A12** is an investigational gallium-68 radiolabeled nanobody-based PET imaging tracer targeting claudin 18 isoform 2. The 3A12 nanobody is conjugated to the NOTA chelator and labeled with gallium-68 for rapid immunoPET/CT imaging of claudin 18 isoform 2-expressing tumors. It is being evaluated as a noninvasive diagnostic agent for gastric cancer and pancreatic cancer, including metastatic disease, to characterize tumor target expression and support diagnostic assessment.
